Triangle Terrace
Triangle Terrace is a 75 unit Section 202/8 HUD elderly housing project co-sponsored by Orange Elderly Services and the Orange YMCA. All of the units are Section 8 subsidized; qualifying low income tenants pay 30% of their gross monthly income for rent.
